Fruit Center Happenings



Due to renovations at our second floor restaurant, cooking classes will resume mid-2015 .

Join us at the Milton Art Center for this amazing wine & food event!

Our good friend Clay Fritz, of Fritz Underground Winery, will join us once again to sample his outstanding selection of California wines served alongside dishes prepared by the Fruit Center's talented staff, including Tim Paulus (Wine & Craft Beer Director), Lisa Differ (Prepared Foods Supervisor), and Kathleen Hawley (Recipe Demonstrator). We'll have live music provided by local musician Anthony Geraci and the Milton Arts Center will be showing "Those Who Teach, DO!", an exhibit featuring over 30 instructors from local schools who work or reside in Milton.

Tickets for this event are NOW $40. You can purchase tickets online, or call Mike Dwyer. Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm, at 617-696-5274. Get your tickets early as this unique food and wine experience will surely sell-out!

NOTE: Unlike our typical wine events, this will not be a sit-down dinner. Also, wine will not be available for sale at the end of this event but all wines featured will be available for purchase at the Fruit Center in Milton. If you purchase Fritz wines in advance and bring them to the event, Clay Fritz will autograph each bottle for you.


From time to time, we have the opportunity to partner with some of our wine maker friends to create a full wine dinner event. Our wine buyer and accomplished chef, Tim Paulus, creates a menu to perfectly pair with each wine maker's wines. Over the past few years we've had the pleasure of hosting Clay Fritz from Fritz Winery, Sean Minor from Sean Minor Wines, David Whiting from Red Newt Cellars and Peter Stolpman from Stolpman Vineyards. All classes are held at Marketplace Cafe, our restaurant on the second floor of the Milton Marketplace.

- Cancellation policy: Class preparations are based on the total number of attendees. Also, due to limited seating, classes frequently sell out. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us 48 hours before the event, otherwise your credit card will be charged.
