• We always want you to be satisfied with your Fruit Center    purchases. Should you ever have a problem with a product  you purchased from us, here’s how we can help:
  • If you have the receipt and the product, we will either    replace the product or issue a refund.
  • If you have your receipt but do not have the product, we will allow for a replacement or refund up to $10.00. A   return of over $10.00 will require a manager’s approval.
  • For any refund over $20.00 we require a picture I.D. and manager’s approval.
  • If you have neither the receipt nor the product, the store manager must approve a replacement. No refund will be allowed.
  • Cut flower exchanges or credits will be honored only if the product is returned to the store or you call the store within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Plants returned within twelve days of purchase with a    receipt will be fully refunded. Without a receipt, the item will be replaced.
