Ingredients:
- ½ cup cashew milk (or milk of your choice)
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 1 packet Sambazon organic frozen Açai puree
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1-2 tbsp. raw pepitas or hemp seeds
Instructions:
Add ingredients in the order listed, puree until smooth. Serve immediately. Yields: 2 servings
To make into a smoothie bowl, pour into a wide shallow bowl and garnish with a variety of soft, creamy and crunchy toppings. Here, we used Teddie Peanut Butter, Bread & Breakfast Granola, fresh raspberries and strawberries and a dusting of crushed dehydrated blueberries and cinnamon. YUM.
