Açai Smoothie


  • ½ cup cashew milk (or milk of your choice)
  • ½ cup greek yogurt 
  • 1 packet Sambazon organic frozen Açai puree 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • ½ cup frozen wild blueberries 
  • 1-2 tbsp. raw pepitas or hemp seeds


Add ingredients in the order listed, puree until smooth. Serve immediately. Yields: 2 servings

To make into a smoothie bowl, pour into a wide shallow bowl and garnish with a variety of soft, creamy and crunchy toppings. Here, we used Teddie Peanut Butter, Bread & Breakfast Granola, fresh raspberries and strawberries and a dusting of crushed dehydrated blueberries and cinnamon. YUM.
