Ginger Scallion Vinaigrette


  1. 1 tbs. peeled, grated ginger
  2. 2 tbs. soy sauce
  3. 1 tbs. rice or wine vinegar
  4. 1 tsp. sesame oil
  5. 1 clove garlic, minced
  6. 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  7. 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
  8. 1/2 tsp. honey
  9. 3-4 tbs. olive or grapeseed oil

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until combined. This versatile dressing is delicious on salads; a perfect marinade for tofu, chicken or shrimp and amazing when spooned over dense white fish, like steamed halibut or pan roasted cod.
