Ingredients
- 1 tbs. peeled, grated ginger
- 2 tbs. soy sauce
- 1 tbs. rice or wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- 3-4 tbs. olive or grapeseed oil
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until combined. This versatile dressing is delicious on salads; a perfect marinade for tofu, chicken or shrimp and amazing when spooned over dense white fish, like steamed halibut or pan roasted cod.
