Ingredients
½ lb. (approx.) Fruit Center egg salad
1 ½ tbsp chopped parsley
1 ½ tbsp chopped chives
1 tbsp minced shallots
¾ -1 tsp Dijon mustard (to taste)
¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp lemon zest
Instructions
Put the container of FC’s egg salad in a bowl, combine parsley, chives, shallots, mayo, mustard, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Carefully mix all ingredients together. Season with salt…set aside.
