Maple Pumpkin Mousse


  1. 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin purée
  2. Cinnamon
  3. Nutmeg
  4. Heavy Cream

In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, spices, maple syrup and vanilla and whisk together to combine. In the bowl of a stand mixer, or using a hand held electric mixer, whip creamy until it holds soft peaks. Use a rubber spatula to fold cream into pumpkin mixture until no streaks remain. Refrigerate until ready to serve.  Yields: about 6-8 servings.
