Pumpkin Dip


  1. 1 (8 oz.) block of cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin purée
  3. 2 cups confectioner's sugar
  4. 1 tsp. ground ginger
  5. 1 tsp. cinnamon

In a medium-sized bowl, use an electric mixer or spatula to beat together all ingredients until smooth and fully combined. For a festive presentation: line a hollowed out pumpkin with plastic wrap and spoon the dip in. Serve with gingersnaps for dipping.
