Ingredients
- 1 cup crème fraiche
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped shallots
- 1 scallion, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- ¾ teaspoon white, granulated sugar
- ¾ teaspoon coarse salt
- 1¼ teaspoons white vinegar
- Some additional fresh dill, Chopped
In a medium-sized bowl, whip the crème fraiche with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Fold in the sour cream, shallot, scallions, dill, sugar, salt and vinegar and stir until completely combined. Let sit in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight to allow the flavors to meld. Garnish with a bit more chopped dill and serve with sweet potato chips.
