Rosemary Roasted Cashews


  1. 1 lb. roasted unsalted cashews
  2. 2 tablespoons coarsely minced fresh rosemary leaves
  3. ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  4. 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  5. 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  6. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the nuts on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until they are warmed through. Meanwhile, combine the rosemary, cayenne, sugar and salt together in a large bowl. Melt the butter on the stovetop or in the microwave. Remove nuts from the oven and toss with melted butter to coat, followed by the spice mixture, tossing together thoroughly. Serve warm.
