Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter (not natural)
- 3/4 cups unsalted butter, (1 1/2 sticks), softened
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
Use an electric mixer or food processor to cream together the butter and peanut butter until creamy. Gradually beat in the confectioner’s sugar, ½ cup at a time. To serve: spoon the spread into a serving bowl and serve with salted pretzel chips for dipping. Yields: 2-3 cups.
