Vanilla Roasted Walnuts


  1. 2 cups walnuts
  2. 2 tablespoons agave nectar (or honey)
  3. 1/4 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
  4. 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. Dash cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. Place walnuts on a baking sheet and toast until fragrant, about 6-8 minutes.  Drizzle agave over the nuts, add the salt and mix. Cook for another minute or two, then add the beans out of the vanilla pod or the extract and stir into walnuts. Remove from the oven and add a small sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve warm.
