Clear gold in the glass with a fine and persistent bead, this sparkling 100% chardonnay from Bourgogne is refined but approachable. Yellow and white fruit are touched by hints of flowers and toasted nuts. A delicious wine to start the party with, it also pairs well with savory fried appetizers, raw oysters with mignonette or fried chicken.
Clear gold colored in the glass with bright aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and wild flowers. On the palate it’s lean and fresh with flavors of tart green apple, mango and warm spice. A great unoaked chard to sip on its own as an aperitif, it also pairs particularly well with herb roasted chicken and potatoes.
Pale golden colored in the glass with intoxicating aromas of ripe pear and juicy pineapple. On the palate this wine is fresh, supple and inviting, with more pear flavor, touched by hints of crisp apple and a lean, bracing finish. A killer wine to match with baked stuffed lobster, creamy bisques or shellfish from the raw bar.
Deep garnet colored in the glass with aromas of red and black fruit, touched by hints of forest floor and cedar. On the palate this wine is plushy and easy to like with jammy fruit, nice structure and acidity and finely integrated tannins. A terrific winter red to sip by the fire on its own, it also matches nicely with classic comfort foods like Coq au Vin, meatloaf or pot roast.
(ORGANIC) Deep purple red in the glass with aromas of red berry, cherry and flowers, touched by hints of smoke and spice. Full-bodied and generous on the palate with flavors of black raspberry and cherry, rounded out by slightly grippy tannins and great length. This is a big, juicy French red perfect for cold weather comfort food – pork or beef roast, root vegetables, soups and stews or even leg of lamb.
