Nicely structured and complex with aromas of white flowers on the nose. The palate is creamy, grounded by balanced acidity, with flavors of white and yellow fruit, hints of toasted nuts and nice minerality. A killer partner for savory appetizers, spicy sushi or simply prepared fish.

Clear yellow in the glass with aromas of white flowers, apricot and peach. On the palate, this wine is lean and fresh with terrific acidity, more light fruit flavors and a hint of stony minerality. A breezy white to sip on its own, we also love it as a match with savory appetizers like arancini, smoky blue fish pate or a big bowl of steamers.
