Bloody Mary Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounces 1/3-less fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, liquid squeezed out
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons water
- In a medium-sized bowl, whip the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add all remaining ingredients and whip together until smooth, about one minute.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with celery sticks, endive spears, and/ or colored baby carrots. Serves: 4-6.
