Bloody Mary Dip

Ingredients

  1. 8 ounces 1/3-less fat cream cheese, at room temperature
  2. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  3. 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
  4. 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  5. 2 tablespoons ketchup
  6. 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, liquid squeezed out
  7. Zest of 1 lemon
  8. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  9. 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  10. 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  11. 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  12. 3 tablespoons water

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whip the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and whip together until smooth, about one minute.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with celery sticks, endive spears, and/ or colored baby carrots. Serves: 4-6.
