Ingredients
- 2 cups macadamia nuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Place in a baking dish. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool and serve. Yields: 2 cups.
