Gruet ‘Sauvage’ Blanc de Blancs NV

Gruet ‘Sauvage’ Blanc de Blancs NV

Golden colored in the glass with a persistent bead, this sparkling 100% chardonnay from New Mexico is fresh, unexpected and fun. On the palate, there’s loads of bright citrus flavor, nicely present minerality and a touch of creaminess. A terrific partner for all kinds of snacks we particularly love it with oysters, sushi or crispy fries.

Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Clear yellow in the glass with textbook Marlborough aromas of passionfruit, lemongrass, citrus and herbs. On the palate this wine is bracing, bright and fresh, with loads of juicy citrus and tropical fruit. A great wine to sip as an aperitif it also matches well with sushi rolls, broiled white fish or simple grilled chicken kabobs.

Kith and Kin Napa Chardonnay 2020

Kith and Kin Napa Chardonnay 2020

Golden colored in the glass with aromas of lemon zest, pineapple, jasmine and toasty almonds. On the palate, this wine is focused and fresh, with nice texture, more white and yellow fruit and mouthwatering acidity. A terrific food wine, we love this chard with savory dishes like roast chicken and potatoes, buttery baked scrod or creamy pasta Alfredo.

Paul Jaboulet P45 ‘Parallele 45’ Cotes du Rhone 2019

Paul Jaboulet P45 ‘Parallele 45’ Cotes du Rhone 2019

(ORGANIC) Bright ruby colored in the glass with aromas of wild berries, white pepper, lavender and cherries. On the palate, there’s nice structure and grip from the syrah, which gives way harmoniously to a juicy mid palate and finish thanks to grenache. A terrific red to cozy up with as the season turns, this is easy to drink on its own but pairs quite nicely with rustic soups and stews, or classic comfort food like chicken pot pie or meatloaf.

Telmo Rodriguez - Bodega Lanzaga ‘Corriente’ Rioja 2018

Telmo Rodriguez - Bodega Lanzaga ‘Corriente’ Rioja 2018

(ORGANIC) Deep garnet colored in the glass with lighter edges, this unique, modern Rioja is a blend of tempranillo, graciano and garnacha. Loaded with flavors of dark berries, plums, walnuts, herbs and spice, this wine is full and plush on the palate with finely integrated tannins and a lingering, soft finish. A yummy red to cozy up with as the weather gets chilly, we love it with chili, beef stew, seared steaks or aged cheeses.
