On Friday, November 18th the Plate hosts WINE + THANKSGIVING a wine dinner and educational seminar hosted by Milton’s own, Dan Michaud, Fine Wine Specialist and Director of Special Events at Ruby Wines. From the appetizers to the pie, Dan will walk us through the ins and outs of finding the perfect wines to match with every morsel of your turkey day spread. Fruit Center Wine Director and Culinary Institute of America-trained chef, Tim Paulus, will be taking over the Plate kitchen to prepare a delicious Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings to be enjoyed alongside the wines.

It has been THREE long years since we’ve been able to extend an invitation like this, so it’s sure to be an evening filled with fun, delicious food, excellent wines and most of all, great company! There are a limited number of tickets available and they will sell out, so act fast!

Cancellation policy: Please be aware that these events typically sell out and preparations are made in advance. Because of this we kindly ask that registered participants do not cancel less than 48 hours in advance of the event. Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance of the event will result in the full event cost being charged.
